Piña Colada season is just around the corner.
Here is a Low ABV Piña Colada made with the smooth and indulgent Italian liqueur Dolce Cilento - Crema di Meloncello.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Dolce Cilento Crema di Meloncello
- ½ oz orange liqueur
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz coconut syrup
- 1 oz coconut milk
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 2 dashes chocolate bitters
- Pineapple leaf
- Lemon zest
Method
Fill a shaker with ice, pour in all the ingredients, and shake vigorously.
Strain into a sangria glass and garnish with a pineapple leaf and a twist of lemon zest.

½ oz de liqueur d’orange
½ oz de jus de citron
½ oz de sirop de coco
1 oz de lait de coco
1 oz de jus d’ananas
2 traits d’amers aux chocolats
Feuille d’ananas
Zeste de citron
MÉTHODE
Dans un shaker rempli de glace, verser les ingrédients et agiter vigoureusement. Verser dans une coupe à sangria et garnir d’une feuille d’ananas et d’un zeste de citron.
